What is your shipping policy?
We ship packages from our warehouses in USA and China.
Products are manufactured in China.
Such as 90% of all things in the world.
Packages are usually shipped in 1-3 business days.
Delivery to United States: 2-30 days depending on the chosen delivery method and shipping address.
Delivery to EU/Canada/Australia: 15-35 days depending on the chosen delivery method and shipping address.
Delivery to Rest of the World: 20-60 days depending on the shipping address.
99% of the packages are received in above mentioned period. Some packages might be delayed due to unforseen circumstances which depend on logistics companies such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL.
Towel dudes are not responsible for any delays caused by 3rd party logistics.
What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns and refunds only if the item received is damaged. Once we receive it back for inspection, we’ll issue a refund.
We don’t offer refunds for any other reason such as ‘I don’t like the color’ or ‘It’s too small/big’ or ‘I was expecting whatever…’
